EMC VNXe3200 Description
The VNXe3200 Storage Processor Enclosure (SPE) allows VNXe3200 customers to grow with their business by expanding the system's storage capacity. The VNXe3200's intuitive design allows you to easily add new disks that can be used to expand existing storage pools or create new pools. The VNXe3200 allows you to combine SSD (EFD), SAS or NL-SAS to achieve certain storage capacities or performance metrics. As a unified storage system, data can be shared across SAN for applications and NAS for CIFS or NFS shares. The VNXe3200 is a high-performance, I/O-dense, high-capacity storage system in a small 2U form factor.
The VNXe3200 is a unified hybrid flash and all-flash storage system. The VNXe3200 supports MCx multicore optimization, FAST Cache SSD caching, FAST VP auto tiering, and Fiber Channel host connectivity, all provided as standard. The VNXe3200 is a 2U dense dual-controller unified storage system that provides Fiber Channel and IP connectivity for concurrent SAN or NAS operations.
