VNX5300 Disk Processor Enclosure helps customers grow with their business by expanding the storage capacity of the system. The intuitive design of the VNX5300 allows you to easily add new disks that can be used to expand existing storage pools or create new ones.

disk drives VNX5300 Disk Processor Enclosure (DPE) is a high-performance unified storage system based on modular architecture that integrates hardware components for block, file, and object with simultaneous support for NAS protocols, Native iSCSI, Fibre Channel, and FCoE. The VNX5300 provides file functionality (NAS) through X-Blade data movers and block storage (iSCSI, FCoE, and FC) through dual storage processors, leveraging the full 6 Gbps SAS disk drive topology. VNX5300 allows you to start with block or file functionality and easily upgrade to unified storage when needed.
