Dell EqualLogic PS6500 Series virtualized iSCSI SAN maximizes enterprise performance, reliability and capacity while delivering the lowest five-year total cost of ownership compared to other SAN arrays on the market. PS6500 series arrays provide cost-effective capacity and performance designed to scale up to 2.3 PB with no downtime.
The EqualLogic PS6500 Series array is designed to optimize capacity utilization and performance dynamically through automatic tiering and load balancing. Easily integrates with existing virtualized applications and toolsets. Delivered with a 10 GbE controller, the PS6500 series arrays adjust to changing data demands, reducing latency and balancing performance and capacity across all EqualLogic SAN capabilities.
The PS6500X offers up to 43.2 TB in a 4U/2.5 configuration using 10K SAS drives. When combined with equalLogic FS Series NAS devices, PS6500 Series arrays offer a unified block and file storage solution, minimizing storage and resource management costs. PS6500 series arrays come with 2 GB of non-volatile memory per controller.
