VNX5700 Disk Processor Enclosure helps customers grow with their business by expanding system storage capacity. The VNX5700's intuitive design allows you to easily add new disks that can be used to expand existing storage pools or create new pools.

VNX5700 Storage Processor Enclosure (SPE) is a high-performance unified storage system based on a modular architecture that integrates block, file, and object hardware components with concurrent support for native NAS, CIFS, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, and FCoE protocols. The VNX5700 offers file functionality (NAS) through X-Blade data movers and block storage (iSCSI, FCoE and FC) through dual storage processors leveraging the full 6Gbps SAS disk drive topology. Optimized for virtual applications, the VNX5700 reaches new levels of performance, compliance, protection and manageability. The VNX5700 lets you enjoy the performance of Flash using all Flash drives (EFD) for extensible caching and fast virtualization with its high bandwidth settings.
