NOTE:

    • All processors in the compute module must be identical.
    • HT indicates that the processor model supports Intel Hyper-Threading Technology.
    • Turbo indicates the maximum potential frequency when using Intel Turbo Boost Technology. The frequency boost increment depends on the processor SKU and the number of active cores. In general, a larger boost increment is obtained when fewer cores are active.
    • DDR4 speed is the maximum processor memory speed. Actual memory speed may depend on the number and type of DIMMs installed.
    • Supports 1 or 2 processors. Mixing different processor models is not supported.
    • For the Intel C610 E5-2600 v4 Series chipset, the letter preceding the model number indicates the product line (E3, E5, E7); 2600x, 2 = number of CPUs in a module, 6 is the socket/segment designation, 00 = Processor SKU and x = L for low power SKUs.
    • The HPE Synergy 480 Gen9 Computing Module includes three mezzanine I/O connectors. A processor must be installed in processor slot 1 to access mezzanine connectors one and three (mezzanine connectors 1 and 3). A processor must be installed in processor slot 2 to access mezzanine connector two (mezzanine connector 2).

  11. Supports full hardware offload of FCoE storage protocol processing for high-performance converged Ethernet storage and data networks.
  12. Offers flexibility to compose multiple network streams, including Ethernet and FCoE or iSCSI on each connection.
  13. This mezzanine connector supports dual-port mezzanine cards: one port is routed to interconnect module bay 1 and the other to bay 4.
  14. This mezzanine connector supports dual-port mezzanine boards: one port is routed to interconnect module bay 2 and the other to bay 5. A second processor must be installed (in processor slot 2) to access the mezzanine 2 connector .
